Terms and Conditions
$100 non-refundable deposit must be paid for date and booking to be secured.
Event date is held for 7 days from day contract is signed.
Deposit must be received in this time to secure booking.
Payment in full must be made 14 days prior to event, if payment not received in full, cake will not be made or delivered.
Any cancellations or changes must be advised at earliest possible convenience.
Cancellations with less than 14 day’s notice will forfeit all payments made.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after cake is made. The client agrees to MelRose Cakes using photographs taken in the use of future publications and/or advertising.
$100 bond on hire items must be paid 14 days prior to your event with your final cake payments.
All hired items must be returned within 6 days from your event.
If hires item is not returned by due date, 100% of the deposit paid will be forfeited.
MelRose Cakes can be pre-arranged to collect hired item/s at a nominated and pre paid cost.
All hire items must remain in one piece, do not take apart.
No hire items are to be left in direct sunlight (eg being left in a car on hot sunny day).
Please do not clean any hired items, MelRose Cakes will clean once returned.
Any damage, breakages or missing parts must be paid for. This will be deducted from bond paid.
